Machining conventional steel for spherical ball bearings

Even for not tempered steel and other materials, we develop high precision tools. Together with our partner Mapal Dr. Kress KG we are specialized on multi blade hardmetal tools, which seem to be the best for milling spherical ball bearings.

The advantage over conventional tools is the high precise CFS-fitting, which is exclusively fabricated by Mapal. This allows an easy and fast tool-changing. Special cutting edge geometry will guarantee increasing performance and precision, to get a good endurance of the tools.
